SKAI-DS84 may bind to the quaternary structure of the SARS-CoV-2 RBD. Surface plasmon resonance analysis of SKAI-DS84 against SARS-CoV-2 RBD and its variants. The RBDs of SARS-CoV-2 (a) WT, b B.1.617.2, c B.1.1.529 (BA.1), d BA.2, and e BA4/5 were immobilized on the biosensor.
