Over-expression of SIRT1 reverses the depressive effect of miR-194-3p on RV replication. (A) Caco-2 cells transfected with miR-194-3p mimics were than transfected with oe-NC or oe-SIRT1. The expression of SIRT1 was detected by qRT-PCR. (B) Caco-2 cells transfected with miR-194-3p mimics + oe-NC or miR-194-3p mimics + oe-SIRT1 were infected with RV-Wa (MOI = 1) for 24 h, and the cells were then harvested for detection.
