Indirect ELISA of produced SFTSV monoclonal antibodies. Anti-SFTSV-N antibodies isolated from immunized mice were used as primary antibodies in indirect ELISA. Purified full-length SFTSV N protein was used as the antigen. A Indirect ELISA using nine SFTSV monoclonal antibodies. Five-fold serial dilutions of 5 µg/mL stock solutions of each antibody were used in the assay. Anti-His6 antibody (â–²) and 2B8 antibody (â–¼) were used as the positive and negative controls, respectively.
