Simultaneous detection of the four viruses was confirmed using e RNA solution prepared from the mixture of equal volume of four singly-virus-infetcted leaf homogenates. One-step real-time mRT-PCR was performed as described in Materials and Methods, and results analyzed by the instrument software; peaks (melting temperature) for plant EF1α and each virus are shown.
