Results of a TCID50 assay to illustrate the effect of combinations siRNA on the yield of RCMV ALL-03 progeny virus in REF cells. The REF cells were transfected with combinations siRNAs at 300 pmol concentration, negative control siRNA and positive control GCV. At day 10 and 18 p.i, the plates were removed from incubator to calculate the TCID50 and the data represent the mean ± SD of 2 independent experiments
