The associations between mRNA level and methylation level of GPX4 in PBMCs and mRNA level of STING in PBMCs, and IFN-β expressive in serum. Significant correlation was observed between the mRNA level of GPX4 and mRNA level of STING in PBMCs (a Spearman’s r = 0.4203, P<0.0001), and IFN-β expressive in serum (b Spearman’s r = 0.3469, P<0.0001).
